Biosystem's pipettes has been designed and develop user friendly for customer in following manner.

Pipette Dismantling Method

• Hold the pipette horizontally in the left hand, take "Calibration Key" & insert it in the gap between the "Tip Ejector Pusher" & its "Shaft".
• Slowly take "Calibration Key" upward & gently detach the ''Tip Ejector Shaft''.
• Hold the pipette horizontally and take out the ''Tip Cone Piston" by turning it in anti clockwise direction.
• Finally take out the ''Tip Ejector Pusher'' horizontally. (With above 4 steps the pipette will be dismantled completely)

Pipette Reassembly Method

• Hold the ''Handle Mechanism'' horizontally & with little pressure, push ''Tip Cone Piston'' & turn it clockwise.
• Hold the pipette horizontally and push ''Tip Ejector Pusher'' into ''Handle Mechanism''.
• Finally take ''Tip Ejector Shaft'' and put it on to the "Tip Cone" & gently push the ''Tip Ejector Pusher''.
• Pipette ready to use.
