Waranty
Biosystem liquid handling products are very precise measurement device,
and they may be subject to various unnoticed improper interaction, even
under ideal laboratory conditions. It is strongly recommended for the
laboratory equipment to be inspected and maintained a least twice in a
year by authorized service center. Which will ensure its correct and
precise working during the life of the products.
In rare cases of improper functioning of products during the warranty
period, contact your authorized distributor or contact manufacturer for
advice. The following rules apply to ''Biosystem warranty conditions" :
Warranty Period
Biosystem's products are guaranteed to be free from defects in design
and workman ship for the certain period from their date of manufacturing
date indicated along with pipette serial numbers.

Warranty does not apply

If product is damaged due to improper , handling or physically damaged in
accidental handling.

If product is, modified, or you attempt to repair it without company
authorization.

If product is continuously exposed to corrosive reagents which cause
damage to the parts.

Particularly if the product is damaged by: Scratches, bends,
breakages, corrosion of the plunger, thermal or chemical damaged
to the plastics parts of the same.

- 'O' - ring
- Shaft
- Handle cover mechanism
- Tip cone
- Digit (due to over rotation )
These parts having very high durability.
Complaint form
Whenever you find improper functioning, please contact your
Biosystem Authorized distributors, for advice. All the
authorized distributors are well trained for troubleshooting
occurring during use of our products. In addition, Company
provide ''CD Manual guide'' and ''Troubleshooting'' on web site,
it might happen that problem is so negligible that simple action
can fix your problem. If the problem is major and your distributor
askes you to return the product, please send it back to him together
with duly filled
'Complaint Form'.
